This lazy college lad so called Sandy Adriadi Triantara starts to do nothing but seeing most of his friends finish their studies rite in time as he still consistently trying to be on track to finish his. Ever since his high school friends abducted him into this OpenLabs community, finally this fella well known as ‘ate’ finds a space to actualize and experimenting with video media, design, and music, thus he decides to concentrate himself as a visual jockey and disc jockey rather than SPMB jockey. As a disordered person he is still a perfectionist. Now he is in one of Bandung’s swell electrionic band called Europe In The Tropen.
ASTURIAZ
Asturiaz is an indie band coming from bandung (indonesia). the band was formed in early 2005. the name asturiaz comes from a classic song title written by Issac Albeniz. the name is used merely because it suits us, not because we are influenced by him. Asturiaz consists of three arrogant useless boys. together creating intuition-captivating piece of art, forcing us to close our eyes while playing our songs.

DESKLAP
Desklap is a one man (woman, actually) music project, by me, Isha Hening. At the beginning,
around 2004, I was only making music for animation, film and video scoring purpose.
And then, it’s becoming a solo music project. The whole songs of Desklap, are written,
arranged and composed all by myself. Sometimes i use hardware like piano or guitar for my
music, but most of the time, I use software. Basically, I only try to combine notes, sounds
and effects to create something that enjoyable for me and other people.

ELEMENTAL GAZE
Elemental Gaze is an electronica/ ambient/ shoegaze music group formed by Fuad Abdulgani and M.Myrdal right at the end of 2004 in Bandung. Inspired by musician in the early 80s and 90s such as Blur, My Bloody Valentine, Cocteau Twins, Brian Eno, and Robin Guthrie. Elemental Gaze make stunning pop combines with atmospheric guitardriven and soundscapes. The name Elemental Gaze is picked from Robin Guthrie song, titled “elemental”.
The very first public performance of the band was in Jul, 21′05, At the time Elemental Gaze play a small set gigs at TRL ( Traffic Light Bar). Afterwards, they often fill the local event at SMA 2 Bandung, Till finally Feb, 28′06 they playing at Parklife with Everybody Loves Irene & Space Astronouts. After that event, Elemental Gaze name had become progressively heard by other Bands. And suprisingly get positive feature & review from lot of Indie Magazine like Ripple Magazine, Juice Magazine, Bystanders, Jeune Magazine, and Junk Magazine (Malaysia). With the different concept from the other band. Electronic sounds and shoegaze guitarwalls meet with the Video Performance in each of its song. Till an electronic musicians from UK tell ” This is an unique musical characters of the band and his performances ”
In 2006, M.Myrdal set mind on the exit from Elemental Gaze. Later, Elemental Gaze live performance mean while was supported with an additional player by Bilfian Sugiana (Programmer&Synth) & Lutfi Kurniadi (Guitar&Keyboard) then evolves as a solid line of the band. In 2007, Elemental Gaze continued to explore their musical direction which already heard on earlier Elemental Gaze EP Album “We Cannot Create Ourselves For Someone We Love” (2006), and began writing and recording. They just finish the records, and plans to releasing their new EP Albums titled “Let Me Erase You” in 2008.

Europe in de Tropen. Electronic visual music group based in Bandung Indonesia. Formed on 2005. Dwi Nugraha Aluwi (vocal+guitar+synth), Ega Ginanjar Lesmana (masterproggraming + synth), Rimba Patria Perdana (synth + keyboard), Sandy AT (visual) combined electronic downbeat, minimal, break, glitch, ambient, etc with lifetime visual performance. KILLAFTERNOON
Muhammad Akbar, (b. 1984). graduated from French language teaching department in Art and Language Teaching Faculty), working as graphic designer, short film maker and video artist & VJ (nicknamed Killafternoon), he start making video art and exhibit it since 2001 until now. A vocalist of noise rock band called A Stone A, a member of VideoLab, member of a multimedia performance group called Wayang Cyber, work in EAT/ORCA company as propaganda designer.
M.U.S.I.K [elektrik]
M.U.S.I.K[elektrik] is collaboration between “Jangan Ganggu Alyssa” (Nathan Simatupang) and “Dizzie Dizzy” (Diza Rahman). Initially, we work by ourselves but then we decided to create music together. Each and every night we always experiment with our computer and synthesizer to make music for M.U.S.I.K[elektrik] at Nathan’s. We dig reason, sonar, and several analog synths such as Korg micro, micron, and et cetera. Despite the fact that it’s just the two of us, we’re havin’ lots of fun! Hyehyehye,, We are greatly inspired by IDM genre music, such as Homogenic, Bjork, and Thom Yorke work of art. Consequently, we beg your pardon if our music sounds a little bit like theirs (it’s not a plagiarism though). Hopefully we could create our own kind of music in the future.

SLYLAB
Slylab (formerly known as Deon and the Offbeat Slyness) was formed on May 2005. Basically, this is a one man show project by me which the concept of itself is a bedroom musician because I made the whole process in my room. I made this project because I was a lil bit sick and tired after always failing at forming bands. Actually, I’d rather to name it “a one man show project” than a band. I tried to arrange music from a computer’s software. I play Experimental/Shoegaze/Ambient with so many great influences from M83, Sigur Ros, TelePopMusik, The Album Leaf, and The Prodigy.
At the first time, the songs that I wrote was just listened by some of my friends but on July 2007 I try to introduced Slylab into the people around this global via MySpace and it works, I got a lot of experiences, I got a lot of friends and some people get to know me then.
I take part in Bomber Music Ltd. It is an independent music publisher based in London that hosted by Donagh O’Leary. Bomber Music Ltd was set up by Donagh O’Leary who previously had a long career as a musician, touring, playing bass and writing songs, notably with Marc Almond, Tenpole Tudor, Dave Vanian and Jesse James. He helped me so much to promote Slylab into the people and he also promote my songs into www.license.com.
I also take part in three different net-label compilations. The first one comes from One Loop Surabaya, Indonesia (Sympathy for Indonesian Music Industry Vol. 1) on March 2008 it’s free download at www.oneloop.net. The second comes from Phonotactics Records Elvas, Portalegre Portugal (Spaced Off) on July 2008 it’s free download at www.phonotactics.org. And the last one comes from In My Room Records Jakarta, Indonesia though it’s still in process.
Well, I think this is all just a small, simple concept without considering any consequences that maybe effect in the future. And within this project I’m not prepare into a mission or in special purposes, but I just want to play some music with something that I wrote.

These R Fake!! is a bunch of fakers who still live with their parents. We love shoes. We love shopping. We hate Britney Spears after she’d broke up with JT coz she started acting weird then. We love body-builded guys with beard and tattoos–they’re hot. Didit’s head is always easily get turned around when girls with glasses pass through (and it doesn’t stop there, for sure). So, yeah, he’s absolutely straight.
We worship Mangga Dua and ITC. Consequently, Boutiques and FOs that sell Mangga Dua’s stuffs by 3 times higher price are places where you’d catch us speaking those awful swears mostly. We hate the fact that its owners think we’re dumb but of course we’re not. We’re totally genious when it comes to shopping! :-* (okay, except, once again, for Didit)
Oh, one more thing, we’d started ‘X.O.X.O’ long before the ‘Gossip Girl’ era followed.
